Leave it to the National Press Club to outright legitimize Jeff Gannon, J.D. Guckert or whatever he's calling himself these days. Too lazy and embarassed to expose Bush's Propaganda Machine, they settled instead for admitting - if indirectly - their own role in it by inviting the GOP Male Prostitute to appear at their luncheon. As Kevin Hayden said, "the modern mass media at least recognizes that it’s no longer in the news business."
