Pentagon Falls Down on the Job

More encouraging news from the Cradle of Civilization: Pentagon covers up failure to train and recruit local security forces.

As I mentioned on Dr. Khadduri's blog, the United States had [marginally] better success training South Vietnamese forces, and we all know how that sorry chapter of American history turned out.



I guess I'd better go ahead and download an Iranian flag just in case Bush's approval rating plummets. As I've learned from my government, it's better to be prepared... than not.
